The Classic Cafe at Roanoke opened it's doors in 1993 in the same cozy cottage we're housed in today. We had a few goals: world class food, casual atmosphere, friendly family environment. With the help of our truly exceptional Chef Charles Youts, Manager-extraordinaire Francis Silmon, our family, our fantastic staff and our loyal guests, we've reached our goals and have been given the opportunity to do what we truly enjoy every day. We are especially proud of our Chef's garden, located here on site and providing us with fresh fruits and vegetables to enhance our cuisine.
